Drill Overview
Gymnast starts kneeling on floor with hands on floor (or floor bar), mat behind gymnast. Gymnast “jumps” off knees and ends in a push up “cast” shape with feet on raised mat. Focus on shoulders over wrists and tight hollow body shape. Make sure core doesn’t sag when feet make contact with mat.
