Drill Overview
Place a low beam with end towards padded wall (you can use a cheese mat against the wall). Gymnast places hands on beam then walks legs up towards wall. Gymnast needs to be positioned so hips are directly over wrists in alignment. Lift 1 leg off wall to align top foot over hips and wrists. Hold as long as possible.
Make sure gymnast has a tight hollow body and does not extend leg too far over into a split position (Unless you are working on back walkovers and it is intentional).
