Drill Overview
Gymnast starts in a lunge position, arms up by ears with straight alignment from hands to back foot and front leg slightly bent. Kick up to a handstand, pushing tall throughout. Maintain tight straight body position falling to a flatback. For additional challenge, block to a flatback showing flight between handstand and landing flat on 8″ mat.
